We offer you an assessment of your prescription drug use.
After this assessment, we give you an outline of available help for your diagnosis and personal situation. This could include the following, for example: detox/withdrawal therapy or a change of medication in consultation with the treating doctor.
We offer individual, couples and family counselling.
Treating addiction requires comprehensive and holistic support. That’s why we work closely with detox clinics, specialist clinics, support groups, debt counsellors and other social services.
We work with 15 addiction support groups. These support groups are organised as part of the Freundeskreis Frankfurt (Frankfurt Circle of Friends). Freundeskreis Frankfurt offers support for all kinds of addiction problems (alcohol, illegal drugs, gambling, prescription drugs, behavioural addictions). There are also support groups with a particular focus, for example groups for women or affected family members. We’re happy to refer you to a support group.
Our counsellors are specialists from the fields of social pedagogy, social work and psychology.
Consultations are voluntary and free of charge. All consultations are confidential. Interpreters are engaged as necessary.
