According to §3 of the Gaming Arcade Laws of the state of Hesse, gaming arcades and gambling providers must have formal responsible gambling plans. These must limit the harmful social consequences of gambling.
We offer one-day basic training courses for gaming arcade employees once every six weeks.
These courses support supervisors in identifying problem gamblers and raising their concerns appropriately with them.
