Social Counselling and Advice for Migrants and Refugees

We provide you with advice on legal, family and social questions regarding your life in Frankfurt.

We support you in the following matters:

• You need help with personal, health, residency and social law questions?
• You would like to apply for social security benefits?
• You’re experiencing family or intergenerational conflict?
• You’re looking for an integration or language course?
• You’d like to do vocational or further training?
• You’d like to bring your family to Germany?
• You’d like to return to your country of origin voluntarily?
• You’ve started the asylum procedure and would like advice?

We work with other social services, educational institutions and authorities. This ensures that we’re able to help you better.

Our qualified counsellors work in a range of languages or engage interpreters as needed.

Consultations are voluntary, free of charge and confidential.
