Vous souhaitez accompagner des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s dans leur quotidien en Allemagne et apporter un soutien important ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nos mentors SOCIUS b\u00e9n\u00e9voles s\u2019engagent en moyenne deux heures par semaines et soutiennent les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et les migrants (mentees) \u00e0 apprendre l\u2019allemand, \u00e0 chercher un poste d\u2019apprentissage ou dans leurs d\u00e9marches administratives. Ils explorent ensemble en tandem Francfort ou passent une partie de leur temps libre ensemble. Les sujets de l\u2019accompagnement r\u00e9sultent des besoins individuels du mentee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depuis 2012, nous formons des mentors b\u00e9n\u00e9voles dans le cadre du programme SOCIUS. Les tandems SOCIUS (constitu\u00e9s du mentor et du mentee) sont r\u00e9unis de fa\u00e7on cibl\u00e9e par notre coordinatrice de pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La coordinatrice de pratique accompagne le tandem SOCIUS pendant toute l\u2019intervention pratique. Elle travaille simultan\u00e9ment avec intensit\u00e9 avec le conseiller technique. Les mentors peuvent en outre \u00e9changer leurs exp\u00e9riences de leur accompagnement dans le cadre de groupes de supervision tenus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
