Counselling for conflict regulation can assist them to rebuild lost trust. This can support them to reach consensual agreements that are in their children\u2019s best interests. If they achieve that, no court decision is necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This kind of counselling is based on three fundamental concepts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-erv-infobox\"><p class=\"infobox-title\">Children need good, stable relationships with both parents<\/p><div class=\"infobox-content\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-erv-infobox\"><p class=\"infobox-title\">Relationships cannot be imposed by court decisions<\/p><div class=\"infobox-content\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-erv-infobox\"><p class=\"infobox-title\">Parents can support their children\u2019s good relationships with the other parent even during times of conflict and separation <\/p><div class=\"infobox-content\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to be referred to counselling for conflict regulation by the competent court.
